The Marketplace Exhibit Hall

The 2018 ACEN Nursing Education Accreditation Conference Exhibit Hall, The Marketplace, will feature fifty (50) 10’ X 10’ booth spaces. Companies and organizations that market nursing education accreditation tools, specialize in nursing products, books and software publishers, nursing educational programs, institutions, and organizations will benefit from over nine (9.5) hours of exhibit time, with up to nine (9) hours unopposed.

Exhibit Booth Fees

  • 10’ X 10’ Corner Booth:  $1,500
  • 10’ X 10’ Inline Booth:     $1,400

  • (1) wastebasket
  • 7” X 44” exhibitor identification sign

Heritage Trade Show services will provide, install, and remove the booths in accordance with the final floor plan. Exhibit space rental does not include: carpeting, utilities, storage, labor, and other services needed within your event space. Additional furnishings will be available for rent through Heritage Trade Show Services.

Premiere booths are reserved for top level sponsorship. There are a limited number of corner booths available. All booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibitor Application

Go to Exhibit Hall Floor Plan (The Marketplace) and identify your top three (3) exhibit space choices then note your selection in the Exhibitor Application. Submit the completed application and payment online. Confirmation of receipt will be provided within approximately seven (7) business days.

All exhibitors will be expected to enter into a contract with the ACEN agreeing to conference Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.

The ACEN reserves the right to accept or refuse any requests for exhibits. The ACEN may rearrange the floor plan in an effort to accommodate requests for booth spaces. The ACEN may also adapt the floor plan to comply with the OMNI Hotel’s regulations. Exhibitors will be notified via email if their booth space assignment changes due to any of the above circumstances. Heritage Trade Show Services (www.heritagesvs.com) has been contracted to provide exhibitor and show management services.

Payment Information

Payment for your first choice booth location must be received in full at the time of application. Any refunds due based on actual booth assignment will be processed and returned following the final review and acceptance of the exhibit application and booth space notification letter. Please remit payment by credit card online. Payment method options by check or purchase order will be invoiced.
