REGISTRATION FEE POLICIES

Registration Period:
The registration period may close at any time once space is filled to maximum capacity.

Full Conference Registration Fees:

  • $599.00 per participant when registering on or before May 28, 2018.
  • $749.00 per participant when registering after May 28, 2018.

Pre-Conference Sessions Registration Fees:

  • $99.00 per participant per session when registering on or before May 28, 2018.
  • $125.00 per participant per session when registering after May 28, 2018.

For payments not received by invoice due date, registrations may be cancelled and released to the public and/or to accommodate registrants on a waiting status. Registrations will be confirmed when fees are received. All hotel reservations at the negotiated rate are dependent on availability. ACEN does not guarantee availability of hotel room rates.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be received by the ACEN in writing. Cancellations of confirmed conference registrations will be charged a $200.00 cancellation/processing fee per attendee. Registration fees for the conference and pre-conference sessions are not refundable after May 28, 2018, or for non-attendance.
