Ms. Delbo is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Associate of Science in Nursing program, and Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, Pennsylania, Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. She is also a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Master of Science in Nursing program with specialization in Community Health Nursing and School Nursing. She has over a decade of experience in professional nursing practice while rendering care to an eclectic mix of patients in both the acute hospital and community care settings, ranging from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, School Nursing, Care Management, and Home Healthcare. She has five years of experience in nursing academia while serving in various positions ranging from adjunct nursing professor, full-time nursing instructor, and nursing program administrator. Ms. Delbo currently serves in an administrative capacity as the Director of the Central Susquehanna LPN Career Center. She has primarily worked with socioeconomically disadvantaged nursing students enrolled in Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs. She has a passion for promoting excellence in nursing education while concurrently enhancing the profession through the utilization of innovative partnerships and research, in an effort to benefit the broader community.
