Dr. Nancy Rubino Received her Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University, her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently the program director for graduate nursing studies at Wesley College. She has been actively teaching nursing at the bachelors and masters levels for over 30 years. Dr. Rubino is a peer evaluator for ACEN, and has participated in program development in the area of outcomes for the past six years. She maintains certification as a pediatric nurse and nurse educator. Her profession interest include support of nursing practice as past president of the DNA, ELNEC trainer, QSEN advocate and Leadership roles in Sigma Theta Tau – Tau Beta chapter. Her community health focus expands beyond the nursing education role and is evident in her participation in community health and wellness activities in local churches, girl scouts and the state of Delaware health disparities commission.
